It’s Christmas time, which means one thing…the return of our Festive Charitable Gift Appeal. We are delighted to announce that this is our tenth year of supporting local families through our partnership with the Family Action Sure Start Centres in Wythenshawe. Throughout the past decade, our team have supported local families through the donation of funds and gifts to help make their Christmas a little brighter.
Our Festive Charitable Gift Appeal is a simple yet impactful initiative that involves collecting funds and buying Christmas gifts for families in need. In recent years, in addition to gifts for children, our collection has also allowed us to fund the purchase of essential food items. Our appeal has been running since 2014 and has become a much-loved tradition for our team.
Through our partnership with our local Family Action Sure Start Centres, we have identified families who are struggling to make ends meet during the festive season. The gifts and food items we provide are not meant to replace any financial support, but rather to provide a momentary escape and bring joy and warmth to the lives of families in need.
